Not Records Tapes is an independent music label wholly owned
by NRT Entertainment Group. Detailed information, bands, and

The label seeks to:
- promote freethinkers
- help keep music with an independent mind set available to
the public
Not Records Tapes accomplishes this by:
- Continually producing new music in-house easily available
to the public in the U.S. and overseas.
- Presenting, assisting and promoting new artists and/or their
songs
Our beginning production
years advanced the careers of artists during the early years
of their careers such as:
- Alejandro Escovedo (with the True Believers)
- Daniel Johnston
- The Reivers
- Haunted Garage
We continue to educate listeners about established, yet obscure
music influences such as:
- Roky Erickson
- Texacala Jones
Today NRT is continually
producing, promoting and guiding the efforts for several independent
creative artists in Los Angeles, Texas and elsewhere in the
U.S.
Mail Order
NRT sells cassettes, CDs, videos, with an independent style
via the Internet and mail order produced in-house or by other
companies.
